It is with great pleasure we introduce Parc Farm Cottage. This recently renovated cottage forms part of the traditional local stone barn and is available for both short and long staycations in beautiful North Wales.
Parc Farm Cottage is ideally situated just one mile from Loggerheads Country Park, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and the perfect place for both experienced walkers and those who prefer a gentle stroll.

Parc Farm was once a working farm. The property is comprised of three dwellings set in four acres of land - an old farm house and a converted barn with attached cottage, which used to be a cow shed and a grain store!
Surrounding Parc Farm's grounds is Mold Gold course, which was formed in 1909. In 1977, the farmland was split, part of which was sold to the golf club, expanding the course to the 18 holes it is today.
Set a short drive from the base of Moel Famau, which has fantastic views of the rest of the Clwydian range, you will relax and unwind as you step into this rural haven.

Sleeping up to four people in two bedrooms (one double and one small double), the relaxing blue and white bedroom schemes capture the essence of country and you can be assured of a perfect night's sleep after a day of fresh, clean air.
Recently renovated, the interior aligns the peacefulness of the locality with original features such as a warm stone wall which sits alongside a modern kitchen.
This pretty end terrace is set in four acres of gardens. After a day of walking, golf or seeing many of the other places to offer, you can enjoy a glass or two. Stream channels on a modern 40 inch television with cosy lighting to help you relax further, or dine out in one of the many local town restaurants.
You're welcome to take a stroll around the two wooded areas. The Cottage is surrounded by an absolutely beautiful 18 hole Golf Course, so you'll often find a few golf balls on your stroll to take home as a memory of your stay. You'll have your very own outside space so that you can enjoy the sunshine and, later on, toast some marshmallows on the fire pit. A very peaceful and quiet area to enjoy.

Includes washing machine, tumble dryer, cooker, microwave, bath, shower, two double beds (one double and one small double), work station, 40 inch television with all streaming channels. Free Wi-Fi is available and the property has full central heating. Parking is available on the property.
This is a pet free home, but we love dogs and may allow them upon request. Please ask prior to booking, and we'll see what we can do.
